Our Story
Maunders & Sons is currently run by the 4th generation (John Maunder) and 5th generations (Jason Thorns) of the family.
Originally the business was a rope maker, but after World War 1 a store in town was purchased as the business moved into the retail sector.
This has recently culminated in the completion of the re-development project of Scarne Industrial Estate where we are currently trading from.
The company still holds true to the values of great service at a great price, and from its origins as a supplier to farmers it now sells a wide range of products to all (farmers, tradesmen, smallholders, pet-owners and the general public).
Throughout the history of Maunders & Sons we have a reputation for building long standing relationships with our customers.
